Church Center is a mobile app and web app from Planning Center that gives you simple, convenient access to everything that’s going on at New Beginnings Church.
Using Church Center, you can see your groups, register for events, check-in your kids, view the latest sermon recordings, manage your giving, and make sure your contact information is up to date. The app requires you to login, so you can be sure that your personal data is protected!
Follow the steps below to get started!
Get Started
Download the App
The app is available for iOS and Android using the links below. We recommend using the mobile app because it’s so easy to use and gives you access on the go, but you can also go to the Church Center web app. The features are the same in the mobile and web apps.
Connect to New Beginnings
Phone App
You’ll only have to do these steps the first time you open the app!
- Search for “New Beginnings Church” (if you’re not in the Bixby area, you might need to add “Bixby” in the location search bar below the church name search)
- Select New Beginnings Church; confirm by tapping “This is my church”
- Tap Next to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy
Website
When you’ve opened Church Center in your browser, select Log in at the top right corner of the page.
Create an Account or Log In
Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number (or email if you prefer). Enter the six-digit code you receive back via text (or email if you chose that option). If you are already have a profile in Planning Center (from serving, being in a group, registering for an event, filling out a connect card, or giving to NB online), you’ll be asked to verify your name. If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one at this point by adding your name and email!
Get Connected
Once you downloaded or opened the app and logged in, you’ll be able to take advantage of all sorts of features. Here are some of the most commonly used sections:
Home
The main Home tab holds important information about our church as well as links to our live stream, prayer request form, NB beliefs, staff information, and more.
Giving
Church Center makes mobile giving simple and convenient. In the Giving tab, quickly set up one-time and recurring donations and even opt to cover the processing fees (which is much appreciated!). In your profile (you can read more about this below), you can manage your saved cards or bank account and make updates to your recurring donations.

Check In
On your way to church, use this tab to “pre check-in” your kids! Select the kids you’re checking in and submit. You should now have a QR code that you can scan on the iPads at the Check-In Counter. This is an optional way to help speed up the check-in process for your family.
Groups
Use the Groups tab to see information for available D-Groups (Discipleship Groups), serving groups, Prayer Team, or other groups at NB. Groups you are a part of will show at the top, under “My Groups”. If you scroll down, you can see other groups that are available to join.
Events
The Events tab lets you see upcoming events at NB Church and register yourself and other members of your household. After you register, you can view or update your registrations in your profile.
Profile
When you’re logged in, you can tap/click on your profile icon in the top right corner to verify and update your contact information. In this profile view, you can also view your groups, event registrations, and giving information. If you don’t already have a profile photo, feel free to upload one!
